> OPS excellence officer

Qualifications and experience:
  • An engineering degree in industrial/ Processes is necessary.
  • Experience via projects and improvement initiatives in industrial/ process environment.
  • An experience in process design/ validation is a plus. 

 Skill:

  • Analytical skills: He/she needs to be able to go through a lot of info/ Data coming from different sources. 
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Ability to focus on the job in hand.
  • Problem solving skills and mindset are necessary.
  • Autonomous but not failing to escalate when necessary.

> Maghreb Online Sales coordinator

Key responsibilities

  • Ensures smooth flow of request and also ensure that SLA’s are met
  • Has responsibility for tagging of request 
  • Conduct deadlines negotiation for bulk request 
  • Maintains and send all weekly productivity, performance and process related reports to the stakeholders and management as per requirements
  • Provide back-end support to form sales. 
  • May analyse request from customers.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor level
  • Previous experience 
  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and Oral)

> Lashing Foreman

Qualification:
  • Requires Officer maritime diploma with at least two years of navigation experience. 
  • Previous experience in cargo lifting and securing.
  • Previous experience in leading others.
  • Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent visual acuity.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Holding a valid driver-License. 
  • Requires good verbal and written communications skills in English and French as well as fluency in the local language.
  • Requires good interpersonal skills, both for instructing and interacting with wide cross section of the company’s departments, at all levels, and with vendors and outside personnel related to training.
  • Must be able to instruct in all lashing and lifting matters for all kind of cargo.

> Process Controller

  • Master of Science in Information Technology or Automation OR Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree OR any other related degree
  • Experience/Skills in software development is a plus
  • Lean & Six Sigma certification is a differentiator
  • Understands safety regulations, safe working procedures and safe materials handling procedures
  • Previous experience in automated production or manufacturing is a plus
  • Works well under pressure and able to focus on details
  • Requires advanced level of verbal and written communications skills in English
  • High level of integrity and able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proven demonstrated ability to be a team player and can work independently within the defined project, maintaining good relationship to customer, staff and other project team members.
  • Must have good analytical skills to be able to provide solutions to issues/exception in a relatively short timeframe

> Operations planner

  • Master or Engineering degree in relevant fields (IT, mechanic, automation, civil, Industrial, statistics, business administration or alike)
  • Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
  • Requires the ability to maintain high level quality of work under pressure

  • High level of integrity and able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment

> Communications manager

  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function in a structured Company. While overall experience should be of a minimum of 8 years.
  • Arabic, French and English (fluent in oral and written). Spanish is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of the local cultural, regulatory, political and business environment. Knowledge of job market dynamics and Employers positioning is needed.
  • Solid knowledge of social media and community management.
  • Preferably having already established contacts/networks within the local community. Ability to interact professionally with external and international stakeholders.
  • Positive nature/attitude and service minded.
  • Visible self-leadership and team leadership potential. 
  • Integrity, confidentiality and loyalty are a must.
  • Sensitive to cultural diversity. Ability to act in public and represent the Company with a clear adherence to our Values, Culture and leadership expectations.
